Deducta was founded in 2024 over a pint in a crowded Covent Garden pub. The idea was simple but ambitious: build the "Enterprise Brain" — a single source of truth that could ingest any form of data from across the business and turn it into good decisions and proactive actions.

Jeffrey brought a background in M&A, transformation, and post-merger integration; and Yoni brought his expertise in defense-grade software, scale, and security to build the first versions of Deducta. They are joined by an incredibly talented team of world class software engineers, AI experts, and procurement leaders laser-focused on building high-performing software that solves real enterprise problems.

The company bootstrapped its early days, cutting its teeth in the world of Private Equity — helping Value Creation teams quickly and consistently identify cross-portfolio margin expansion opportunities. Since then, the team has expanded its proposition and further developed its proprietary algorithms to now serve some of the largest companies in the world, with over $1 Trillion in spend processed.
